If you are in Germany, you can process the exchange directly through our Returns Portal.
Would you like the same item in a different size?
- Select the desired size as the exchange option in the Returns Portal.
- The exchange is possible as long as the desired size is still available.
Are you located outside Germany?
Unfortunately, a direct exchange through our Returns Portal is currently not possible.
Instead, please proceed as follows:
- Return the item in accordance with our return instructions. You can find more information in our article "How can I return my order?".
- Place a new order for the desired item.
