If the status of your tracking information hasn't changed for several days, this doesn't necessarily mean that your package is no longer being transported. Depending on the shipping provider and shipping route, there may be several days between two tracking updates.
What can I do if my tracking information isn't being updated?
- Check the shipping time so far: Compare the business days that have passed since shipping with our stated delivery times.
- Wait a little longer: If the status hasn't changed for only two or three days, we recommend waiting for another update first.
- Keep an eye on the estimated delivery date: An unchanged tracking status doesn't automatically mean that your order is delayed.
Contact our Support team: If your order hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date and your tracking information still hasn't been updated, please contact us at support@familyandmoney.com. Please include your order number so that we can check the status of your shipment.
Why isn't my tracking information being updated?
There may be several reasons for this:
- Not yet collected by the shipping provider: Your order has already been packed and is ready for shipping, but it hasn't yet been collected from our warehouse by the shipping provider. Once the shipping provider has taken possession of the package and scanned it for the first time, further tracking information should become available.
- Delayed status updates: The tracking information may not be updated in real time.
- Missing scan: Your package may not yet have been scanned again by the shipping provider.
- Longer transport routes: Especially for international shipments, the tracking information may not be updated again until the package has arrived in the destination country and has been registered there by the responsible shipping provider.
- Delays at the shipping provider: Increased shipping volumes or other logistical issues may delay the transport and status updates.
